To support diverse career aspirations, IBS offers a comprehensive portfolio of programs:Bank & Insurance Recruitment Exam Coaching: Rigorous coaching for candidates aspiring to become Clerical Staff, Probationary Officers and Specialist Officers in public sector and private sector banks, as well as for Insurance sector exams (LIC, NIACL, and others). Our training emphasizes strong fundamentals, structured practice and exam oriented strategies to ensure maximum success. In addition, specialized online classes are arranged for students pursuing graduation, enabling them to build the required subject knowledge early so that by the time they complete their degree or attain the necessary qualification, they are well prepared to attempt recruitment exams—thus saving valuable time between graduation and exam preparation.

CAREER BANKERS

IBS has been pioneering in coaching career bankers for JAIIB/ CAIIB certificate examination of IIBF as well as its other Diploma/Certificate Examinations. The revamped coaching methodology for career bankers provide them, apart from live online sessions, updated study materials in the form of printed notes supplemented with series of mock tests and doubt clearing sessions.

ASPIRING BANKERS

IBS actively engages job aspirants in the BFSI sector through structured programs delivered digitally, aimed at preparing them for recruitment examinations conducted by IBPS. These programs are supplemented with practice questions and mock tests to enhance their preparedness. We also provide tailor made coaching for job aspirants in various sectors, viz, Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Indian railways,RBI, NABARD etc In order to support both professionals looking to explore new career prospects and students pursuing various academic courses, IBS also offers part-time online tutoring for recruitment tests during evening sessions.

NBFCs

Several of the NBFCs have implemented incentives for their staff to take a tailored exam that IIBF has designed specifically for them. IBS has the course materials, question bank, and knowledgeable faculty needed to prepare these applicants.

DEBT RECOVERY AGENTS (DRA)

IBS provides training to pass the requisite IIBF certificate level exam, which is necessary to accept a DRA assignment. The only IIBF-accredited school in Kerala offering the aforementioned courses is IBS.

DIPLOMA IN BANKING AND FINANCE (DBF) PROGRAM

IBS offers online coaching for the DBF program by IIBF, providing insight into banking and finance functions. Successful candidates receive an extra increment upon joining a bank, as DBF is considered at par with JAIIB
